Expand description

Neuron models defined by a single additional ion channel beyond base HH.

Ion-channel variant model group: persistent Na+, Ih, T-type Ca2+, A-type K+, BK, SK, NMDA. Each model demonstrates one biophysical mechanism on a WB Na+/K+ base. Added one by one with full 7-point checklist verification.

Structs§

ATypeKNeuron
A-type K+ (IA) neuron — WB base + transient outward K+ current.
BKNeuron
BK channel neuron — WB base + voltage- and Ca2+-dependent K+ current.
IhNeuron
Ih (hyperpolarisation-activated cation current) neuron — WB base + HCN.
NMDANeuron
NMDA receptor neuron — WB base + NMDA-type glutamate receptor current.
PersistentNaNeuron
Persistent Na+ (INaP) neuron — WB base + non-inactivating Na+ current.
SKNeuron
SK channel neuron — WB base + Ca2+-only-dependent K+ current.
TTypeCaNeuron
T-type Ca2+ (IT) neuron — WB base + low-voltage-activated Ca2+ current.
